Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free includes 500 credits each month, one builder and five app users. You can publish on an appvise.app address. No credit card is required.
How do credits work?
Credits are used as the AI builds and edits your app. Monthly credits reset each cycle. Need more? Top-ups cost $10 for 1,000 credits and last 12 months. There is no metered overage.
Who owns my app and data?
You do. Appvise hosts your app, and you can export your records from the Data view. Every change creates a version you can preview and restore.
Can clients see only their own records?
Yes. Give staff and clients their own accounts, then set access rules per table: public, signed in, owner only or by role. The server checks every request.
What can I build with Appvise?
Build apps for the work you do: inventory tracking, client portals, project boards, booking systems, help desks or a CRM. You can start with your own idea or adapt a template to your business.
Do I need coding experience?
No. Describe your app in chat, review the first version and ask for changes. You can also attach a screenshot or sketch to show what you have in mind. Preview each version and restore an earlier one if you want to go back.
Can I publish on my own domain?
Yes. Paid plans support your own domain with HTTPS. On the Free plan, you can publish to a live address such as yourname.appvise.app.
Can I build mobile apps?
Yes, the mobile app builder is in Beta. Your team can capture checklists and photos offline, then sync when the signal returns. Mobile apps are separate projects with their own databases and run inside the Appvise mobile app. That app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet.
